Buner "Boe" Ellis, his wife Sharon and their young daughters have enjoyed being part of the strong community of Canby for the past 5 years. As a Local Operating Engineers Field Representative, Boe works hard to build relationships based on mutual respect and common interests. His time is actively filled with work, family, friends and church callings. When his second daughter was unexpectedly delivered at home, Canby Fire was there to save her life. Since then he has had a
special interest in the people, the department and their success. He appreciates the opportunity to serve our community on a local level.

Dawn Depner grew up in Montana and moved to Canby in 1997. She maintains a home here with her husband Mark and their children.  She enjoys spending time with her family and riding  bicycles on the beautiful Canby farm roads.

Dawn is a Financial Advisor and focuses in helping individuals and small businesses establish financial goals.  She is passionate about helping to educate her clients.  Dawn enjoys serving her community and is the founder of "Operation Snuggle" a local event that helps homeless children by handing out care packages annually during the Christmas Holiday.

She is honored to serve Canby on the fire board.

Greg Ladrow has lived in Canby for more than 35 years. He attended Canby elementary school graduated from Canby High school in 1981. Greg got his start in the fire service with Canby Fire District as a volunteer Firefighter in the early 1990’s and left in 1995 after becoming a full time Firefighter with Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue, where he currently works as a Captain/ Paramedic. Greg is married to his wife Janet and has four children, Lance (18), Tanner, Travis, and Jessica (10). Greg Ladrow is newly elected to Canby Fire as a Board member representing district #4. His term expires June 30th, 2013.

Aaron has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2007. He first joined Canby Fire District in 1998 and served as a volunteer firefighter until 2006. Aaron is the Site Manager for a large, international construction management firm. He lives in Canby along with his wife Joyce and two children, Christopher and Sarah. Aaron appreciates the opportunity to serve his community.
